Educational holding group was formed in early 1982 with an authorized capital of KD 5 Million (US 17 Million dollars and reached up today a capital of KD 21 Million (US 71 Million dollars). In May 1993 Edu became the first educational company listed on Kuwait stock exchange and in January 1st 2005 Edu was transformed into a holding group.

After restructuring its business strategy and gaining more than 20 years of experience, Edu was capable to operate in synergy with its blue chip subsidiaries to gain advantage from utilizing its capabilities, relationships and resources as well as its staff creativity and knowledge. Edu aims in the long run to evolve into more dynamic organizations covering various services as well as expanding its geographical coverage.
